The Curriculum

1A: Learning to Listen (5 weeks) Develop somatic literacy, safety awareness, and botanical precision.

1B: Finding the Patterns (6 weeks) Master body systems, plant families, and the shared language of herbalism.

1C: Developing Discernment (5 weeks) Cultivate research skills, ethical communication, and clinical judgment.

Level 1 is complete on its own. It is also your gateway to Level 2: Family & Home Apothecary, where your identity expands: "I can take care of myself and my family."
